Who runs the projects
Stefan Veselinović is the founder and director of STANDARDISO. For more than eight years he has been setting up and improving management systems to international ISO standards, working on implementation, internal audits, staff training and preparing organisations for certification.
Together with the STANDARDISO team, he has worked on more than 250 projects in a range of industries, in Serbia and abroad. His focus is on systems that follow how an organisation really works, rather than generic templates and paperwork with no business value.
Where we work
We are based in Belgrade and provide consultancy services to organisations throughout Serbia. We combine on-site work at your premises with remote consultations — the balance depends on your sector, the number of sites, how complex your processes are and what your organisation needs.
Beyond our projects in Serbia, the team has experience working with organisations and business partners in international markets: Germany, Austria, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Croatia, Canada, the United States, Iceland, South Africa and Mexico.
We are also available for projects elsewhere in the region, and for international projects run remotely or with agreed visits to the client’s sites.
Everyone on our team works in English, and we can prepare your documentation in English, Serbian or both.
How we work together
We run the project: we prepare the documentation around your processes, organise training and internal audits, and for each meeting you get a list of what needs to be done by the next one.

After certification we also offer system maintenance under a separate agreement, scaled to suit you — monthly, quarterly or as needed.
The system that stays with your organisation is not a folder that only comes out for inspections. We write the documentation around your processes, not from a template — because an audit looks for evidence that the rules are actually followed, not just that they exist on paper.
What you have when the project ends: documentation that matches the way you really work, trained internal auditors who can keep the system running without us, and records that count as evidence at the certification audit. If you and the certification body agree, we attend the certification audit itself as observers. When a new edition of a standard comes out, we get in touch with an assessment of what needs to change.
What we don’t do: we don’t issue certificates. Only an independent certification body can do that, and it should be an accredited one — the consultant who prepares you must not also be the one who assesses you, as that would be a conflict of interest. We work only with accredited certification bodies. We help you choose one and go into the audit prepared.
We only set the scope of work after a gap analysis of where you stand. Until then, any firm estimate would be guesswork, so we don’t give one.
