Internal audit:
we train your internal auditors and carry out internal audits to identify and deal with nonconformities.

CERTIFICATION

Certification:
we prepare you for the certification audit and, if you and the certification body agree, attend it as observers — observers have no influence on the audit. The certificate is issued by an independent, accredited certification body.
